Ruth

Adult, Female, Domestic Short Hair

Ruth, also known as Baby Ruth, is a tiny girl with a glossy black coat and one white spot on her chest. She equally loves to play with people, toys, and other kitties. Ruth also appreciates some quiet snuggling, and if you sit down, she will happily flop over next to you for a nap. Ruth gets along with just about everyone here at the refuge, so while she would love to be adopted with another young kitty close to her in age and activity level, she would also be just fine as an only-cat, or in a multi-pet home with other gentle, playful pets.

Approx. DOB: 12/25/2015

If interested in adopting from the Goathouse Refuge, please plan to take the following steps required in our adoption process:
1. Come for a Visit: We are open 11am - 3 PM Saturday and Sunday. Fridays are by appointment.
2. Complete our online application: Visit our website (click link above or go to www.goathouserefuge.org under the 'adopt' tab).
3. Home Visit: All adoption applications will be reviewed by the refuge staff, and if the applicant seems to be a good fit for the cat(s) of interest, the refuge will contact the interested party to set up a home visit. Only after a representative of the refuge conducts a home visit will the refuge then consider continuing with the adoption process.
