If you donated to the Goathouse by check between April 21 and May 5, or made a purchase at the Goathouse Spring Fundraiser event and paid by check, and have not spoken to Siglinda directly since money was stolen last week, please call her at 919-542-6815.

A Devistating Blow

Dear Goathouse Friends,

We are heartsick. …. After our Spring event the first weekend in May, we netted just about $5000 somebody stole our cash box with all our earnings…cash and checks!

Siglinda created new mugs and cups; spring-decorated hats, worked countless hours to organize it, and so did all our wonderful volunteers!!! It was a huge collective effort, and this is just killing all of us. We planned to pay the people who work here, vet bills, phone bills, food and litter for the kitties…. We know you do so much to help our kitties, but we are asking for your help once again during a very difficult and painful time. Please help if you can. Even a small extra donation will mean so much.
