4. Go to the Virtual Cat form, fill out the form and hit submit.
5. We’ll email you a photo plus the behind-the-scenes story on your new, virtual cat!
Donate supplies. Part of our Vision here at the Goathouse Refuge is to provide a loving, healthy, long-term and even permanent home for any cat that needs it. When you visit the refuge, please consider making a donation of items that we use daily in order to keep our cats healthy and happy.
Take a moment to visit those who always answer our call for help with their time and services.
There are a number of feral cats, a few that have special medical needs and some that for whatever reason may not adopt out well but are very happy here. We let them stay, we love them and care for them. They do represent a considerable part of the costs of running the Refuge and we need sponsors to help with that.
Sponsor a “Coffee Cat.” A contribution of $30 or more a month, about the same amount you spend on your coffee habit, will provide food, veterinary care, and litter for your new friend, and greatly help the Refuge continue to operate.
Make a gift or honorary donation. Donations pay for veterinary bills (medications and surgeries), cat food, litter, carriers, bedding, and supplies.
Become a member and help keep The Goathouse Refuge strong and active. We will send you our e-News Letter to keep you informed about what we are doing here, about the creatures who live here and their stories, and about those who move on to their new families.
Adopt a loving, adorable cat in need of a good home. Your new companion will receive veterinary care, vaccines, and be spayed/neutered prior to going home.
Volunteer. The cats need you, your love and the skills you possess. Time and commitment level can vary and be flexible. Adults and youth volunteers are welcome.
Link your Food Lion MVP card to the Goathouse Refuge Inc. If you have any problems registering or would rather phone them, call 704-633-8250 extension 3810, during business hours. And please re-register your card each Fall as they have to be redone once a year. Thank you!
